A Human Story

Redefining human storytelling to embrace the negative for growth

Welcome to A Human Story. My day job is as a photographer. By night, through narrative photography, videography and short-story we explore the depths of Autism, PTSD, Burnout and self-mastery. Told by a high-functioning autistic adult, discovering their humanity and neurotype as a self-described anthropologist of humans. Through greater awareness of your human condition, the desire for self-mastery grows. We explore that too - mastering tools of behavioral activation, internal nervous system regulation, and movement to create a more resilient self.
